Thank you, @moureenmo for sharing this observation. Many conversations online miss this part: the culture of accountability that’s being practiced quietly, consistently, and without loud announcements. Rwanda’s progress is not accidental. It’s the result of leaders who understand that change starts with personal responsibility. When the people in charge choose to go first not because they’re forced to, but because they believe in what they’re asking the public to do it builds trust. We can disagree on politics, strategies or pace but credit must be given where it’s due. Leadership is not only about giving instructions; it’s about showing the way.

Last week I watched government officials in #Rwanda bring their personal cars for emission testing, not because they had to, but to set the example first. While scrolling here, I see people talk about #Rwanda without understanding the behind-the-scenes work our leaders put in.
