This little stunt they are pulling in the Senate, is paving the way for Trump to go the Executive route.
We are not going to have our country held hostage by a bunch of slimy suits on the Hill. If they don’t want to fund DHS or pass voter ID, then Trump will exercise the full power of the Executive to save this nation from the Swamp.
Trump has already invoked emergency powers via IEEPA and the tariffs, and he said many times he is willing to invoke the Insurrection Act, which conditions have already been met, with confirmation via the Supreme Court (Kavanaugh), with QRF troops already on standby for every state nationwide.
The “insurrection” is not blue-haired libs protesting in the streets, it’s the Democrat conspiracy seeking to subvert our elections and replace our People.
Election security is National Security, and Trump has already positioned himself to do whatever he deems necessary, because he always knew it would come down to this.
The Swamp have chosen to fuck around, and they are about to find out. Trump will be forced show the full power of the Commander in Chief. They left him no choice.

They know the rules cold...they’ve studied the filibuster’s chokehold, watched Reid and Schumer carve it open with surgical ruthlessness when it suited their side, and understand exactly how a simple majority could install new leadership tomorrow and force a talking filibuster or nuclear-option carve-outs to ram through the SAVE Act, border sovereignty, election integrity, and the rest of the Trump mandate.
Yet they choose paralysis.
This isn’t prudence.
It’s a caucus-wide epidemic of institutional Stockholm syndrome fused with careerist gutlessness.
These are men and women psychologically captured by the Senate club...addicted to the narcotic safety of committee gavels, “bipartisanship” theater, and the warm bath of never having to govern with the ferocity their voters demanded.
They fear primary challenges, Twitter mobs, and the raw exercise of power far more than they fear failing the country.
Vichy Republicans in bespoke suits, performing conservatism while the agenda suffocates under 60-vote theater they’re too cowardly to dismantle.
Thune is the visible symptom.
The disease is systemic rot...every last one of them who sits on their hands and lets it fester.
They are not leaders. They are ornate obstacles.
Name them all. Demand they act with lethal will, or watch them be replaced.

That's the whole trick. Make you think the conclusion was your idea. The manipulator never said it. You did. So when someone challenges the claim, you defend it like your own thought — because you believe it is.
His example is precise: a local news anchor says a woman is missing, and that neighbors saw her arguing with her boyfriend. Then: 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘺 𝘵𝘶𝘯𝘦𝘥 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘥𝘦𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘴. Your brain already k!lled the boyfriend. The anchor never said that. But you know what you know.
Bongino applies it directly: Joe Kent insinuating Israel was behind Butler, Pennsylvania without ever saying it. Candace Owens gesturing at "hidden knowledge" about Charlie Kirk's death — knowledge she never actually shares, never names a suspect, never makes a claim that can be tested or refuted. Just two Legos on a table and a long pause.
His closing point is the sharpest: if Candace actually cared about Charlie Kirk and his family, she would stop trying to destroy the trial that is currently proceeding — a trial with due process, evidence, and constitutional protections. Instead she is running a psyop that benefits no one except her own engagement numbers.
This is not a conspiracy theory Bongino is describing. It is the mechanics of how conspiracy theories are manufactured and implanted. Learn to recognize it and you become immune to it.
