@Switch_boards @carolbressmilk ya, i read it as skill ceiling. oopsie. regardless, i still disagree. his skill floor has risen dramatically due to more loaded kits, more soft counters, and just a general lack of attention from the devs bad perks, tiny projectiles, nerfs that just make him clunky, and so on.
