Weight training is a great way to help lose weight. The added muscle helps burn fat even when you aren't active. It doesn't have to be complicated or intense.Start small and be consistent. Not feeling it? Do 1 set. Once you get started you'll start to crave the work outs.

Start with one thing at a time. Many people start with an increase goal for daily steps. Once you feel comfortable with your new daily target, look at other ways you can get healthy: calories/day, work outs, etc.. #weightloss #weightlossjourney #fitness #Health

How many steps do you take in a day? Take that number, set a goal to make a minor increase for the next week, then reassess. See if you can gradually increase to 10,000 steps daily. The difference this makes over a year is transformational. #StepByStep #stepgoal #weightloss

I'm no expert, but here are the changes I've made in the last year: Cut out fast food & junk food Wake up early Stop drinking soda Cut out processed & packaged food Started exercising 5x week Stopped watching porn Stopped drinking Increased meat & veggies in my diet (lowcarb)

Two things really changed everything for me. 1. Tracking calories, a hateful task but effective and 2. weight training. The game changer was weight lifting even small amounts. Gaining muscle helps burn fat. #fitness #fitnessjourney #weightloss #weightlossjourney
