You're trying not be condescending and ignorant, but it really comes off that way, e.g., repeatedly stating that young investors are clueless about what’s really going on, buy stocks based on the ticker letters, and have no idea who “Goolsbee Austan” is. You have it backwards. The Boomers were the relatively ignorant investors who just let greedy advisors pad their commissions with high sales charges on mutual funds for decades. Whereas the younger crew understands the fundamental market dynamics at play much better and is way more sophisticated in their thought processes than Boomers ever have been or will be.
