A woman was smoking in public place in Connaught Place, Delhi. A female police officer asked her to stop smoking. Instead of complying, she started arguing and asked cop to show the "No Smoking" board. Instead of fining and slapping the shit out of this woman, cop asked this woman to show the "Smoking" board. 🤦🤦 Smoking in public places is banned in Delhi under the Delhi Prohibition of Smoking and Non-Smokers Health Protection Act, 1996, and reinforced by the national COTPA 2003 law, which prohibits smoking in public places. It is another matter that people continue to smoke in public and nobody says anything.

@VishalMalvi_ None of the movies promote safety or helmet. Every scene, every actor is showing off. Now, if they watch it, they will do it, cuz if your hero can do it, why can't you. They are simply copying, because it's presented as a cool thing to do.
