We'll be most happy to be able to email you all even earlier, and we will if there is the chance, but until then what we said in the previous communications stays valid.

@theblackwidovv @Kinetic_Vibe Hello, through our communications we said specifically over and over that refunds won't be processed before the next year and that we have a long queue of refund going out daily from events cancelled before OperationCon. We will send updates as soon as we will have them for you.

Hello hello! We've not disappeared! There's lack of feedback still from agents in regards to #ITAInstituteAndMore, and we're currently handling the next guests for #Milangamesweek and two non-convention events for early next year.
