@TheRAC_UK - the driver of the rescue vehicle said should get a taxi . She is in the middle of the North Yorkshire moors . I really can’t believe your organisation would be so cruel. 10 hour wait to then walk home .

@TheRAC_UK just had phone call from my 65 year old sister , in distress . Her car broke down at 11am on the NY moors. Your ‘rescue vehicle’ turned up about 30 minutes ago and refused to let her get in cab . He has taken her car, she is now walking 4 miles across the moor home!!

@higgledygarden From Gov.uk website ‘ Rest breaks at work Workers have the right to one uninterrupted 20 minute rest break during their working day, if they work more than 6 hours a day. This could be a tea or lunch break. The break doesn’t have to be paid’ 😊🙏

Generally speaking...if someone is PAYE and works an 8 hour shift on the National Minimum Wage...do they get paid for the full 8 hours or are breaks deducted?

@BoothsCountry please can you consider bringing booths to Durham Tees Valley - we live near Darlington and have a round trip of nearly 60 miles to shop, at Ripon. I order our Great Northern Christmas lunch every year and it’s just perfect 👍

51 years ago , I started work …. Central Library, Middlesbrough. No computers, no mobiles or google, no flexitime, typing pools and post. My first job was sorting and delivering post in a shopping trolley. Listening to the radio in the post room playing Gilbert O’Sullivan 😊
