Oregon State did Seattle to East Texas to Eastern Washington before returning back to Oregon. There are pro teams who would struggle with this travel

This young man bought a house and he thought he had the score of a lifetime because of the exceptionally cheap price, prior to moving in he was doing some renovations and found an inscription on a piece of drywall that said “crazy lady next-door” is euphoria was short-lived, out of nowhere he got his first face-to-face meeting with the lady next-door and a gentleman who I presume is her husband politician. The pair wasted no time “laying down the law” about “ingress and egress” via the driveway that EVERYONE has the use of, the gentleman goes on a tirade about $3000 worth of gravel that he most certainly didn’t pay for and accuses the young man of he and his friends spinning tires in his yard as he points to what appear to be normal wear and tear that occur during rainy or wet periods. The lady can be heard in the background cursing at him saying “you don’t own it SOB” After purchasing the property he quickly found out that all the neighbors are looking to sell their properties and the obvious reason for it.
