@n3rioTw @pybites With zip you would end with the shortest iterable. Result: 1A 2B. Even zip_longest would due to empty fillvalues. To combine every element of the range with every element of the string you want what product does. It creates the cartesian product of the of input iterables.

Sometimes it can be interesting to replace a nested for loop with #Python's itertools.product:
