Tintoreria Yafuso is the hardest reserva to snag in BA (there's nothing available til 2025😱), but their excellent Japanese comfort food menú al mediodía is first come first serve and changes daily. I went on tonkatsu day

@rosbergmartin You aren't waiting for a reservation... you make it, save the date, eat lots of delicious meals in the meantime, time flies, you have fun, and then POOF! The date comes and you either go or gift it to a dear old amiga who lives in BA 😜

@rosbergmartin There's a crazy invention called a CALENDAR and you can actually save a future date and time. there's even an insane function with an ALARM to remind you!!! Technology is amazing!!

@pickupthefork How crazy you got to be to book a table 6 to 12 months in advance? And how do you remember the date and time? Do theu get a lot of no-shows? I don't really get it.

In July 2024, Yafuso will start taking reservations for 2025.
