@cann1balcadaver ive been eating like 700-800kcal a day for 3months now i think yeah but i feel like if i eat at my tdee ill just binge… but if it doesnt get better in a few days might as well try 😪😪

@pixiecaloriez No😿😿 actually u should plan a couple metab days tho ,eat at your tdee and lower over a couple of days after, that has helped me before in plateaus
