@DarthEmiras @StagecoachWScot Yeah,the X19 hasn't ever been brilliant but could at least be accurately tracked until recently. Unfortunately the only worse service I've experienced is the First Glasgow 19,that's a whole other shitshow tbh. I've given up and bought a car,had to,or be fired basically.

@prow_robert @StagecoachWScot The service has never been that great in all the years I've lived up here. I'm seriously toying with getting the regular 19 into work. It might take longer but considering I have to get up insanely early to ensure that I can get an X19 that gets me in on time I wouldn't lose out.

@StagecoachWScot Could you please explain what is going on with the X19 Service heading towards the QEU Hospital this morning? 30 mins I waited on it to get into Glasgow City Centre and nothing to be seen! The timetable for this bus truly is the greatest work of fiction ever!

@StagecoachWScot @DarthEmiras Think that you'll probably find that for most of your passengers on this particular route X19 the main "factor" affecting the service is the sellout to West Coast Motors,just a thought.

@StagecoachWScot Thanks for the reply,not very helpful though as this has been ongoing for weeks and the service is worse than it's ever been. A shame as many people rely on this service for hospital transport,any timeframe for working on it to be resolved?.

@prow_robert Hi Robert, We’re currently experiencing technical issues with live tracking on the X19 service. Buses won’t appear in real time on the app, and digital display screens at stops will not show live updates. Please be assured we’re working to resolve this as quickly as possible.

@FirstinGlasgow twice this week the first number 6 bus from EK to Glasgow was late again. People missing connecting buses and trains. This ain’t good enough and the 05:40 from the town centre towards Glasgow should start earlier. Poor service. #firstbusfail

@inquisitor111 @FirstinGlasgow Yes,it is. Probably made a mistake and theres no alteration to the 19,dont expect anybody at First knows,or cares. Given that the 19 in particular turns up at random times,when it turns up at all that is,the timetables of little relevance really,as for the app,dont go there.

@FirstinGlasgow Strange then that the 19 is on the list of altered services if theres no alteration.Thanks for trying to help. I will resort to the usual method of travelling with First Glasgow,if a bus turns up on time great,if not start walking.

@inquisitor111 @FirstinGlasgow First Glasgow have been asked about this since they announced the changes,nothing resolved as yet. The worst bus operator in Scotland with total disregard and contempt for their customers. Tired of the utter incompetence really,little choice though unfortunately for many people.

@IcelandFoods Hi,just wondering if your Daily Bakery products are meant to be fresh or frozen on delivery,as I've had both. Delivered with todays date 1/9/23 handwritten scribbled,is this a use by,best before date or what?.Not happy as price marked £0.75 and changed £1.25.
