I sent this to a friend, and thought man this is what needs to be shared. It’s what all of us go through, and aren’t man enough to talk to someone about. I haven’t been able to work out for about month and a half. The gym has always been my mental and physical anchor. Everyday. And when I popped my back, I lost a lot of incredible momentum, I’ve been relying on the new team in place and man I could have been more right about putting those pieces in place. We aren’t there yet, but we’re Dialing in the 🚀 🚢 Mars here we come. See text below. @sam_allsopp_ just want to say thanks for all your recommendations. To be honest, I stopped trusting my gut after the last year I had. Between the partner solar disaster. No hurricane It all stemmed from not having strong accounting I couldn’t fix head count, I couldn’t see labor, benchmarks were all off. So I’ve been on a mission to fix it. We’re close. (Fired my new controller Friday, his fault not mine, but new team was built with redundancy ). And then marketing I knew something was off w the person I hired, at first I bought I was losing my mind, and I knew my team last year sucked and wasted my money. After 2 people whose opinions I really trusted confirme; we built a plan and have executed flawlessly. I am still so focused FMO - Finance - Almost!! missing leader - Marketing - in deployment - Operations - locked in We already got 2 leads from SEO on new website. Thx @irentdumpsters 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼 And the real plan is launching this week. So I can focus on the operational side. Call center, speed to lead, avg ticket etc And I really do feel bad for the competition, we’re going to slay them. And sort the bodies out after, I’m coming with vengence. This is my community. The plan is in place, but I also realized in year 13, you can learn so much, and perfect you formula.
