He says it's a lie told by denialists or the uninformed that foreigners are preferred to South African due to cheap labour. He says work ethic, resilience and great determination to do the job without behaving like a cry baby or weakling is the real explanation for that trend. Many employers in certain sectors say they prefer foreigners because they work harder and hardly have excuses for non-performance or demand fat salaries and benefits without commensurate productivity and output to ensure company profitability.
