@ocd_offroad @hamids @elonmusk I think you’re misremembering encyclopedias. Interpretation of data is pretty subtle and nuanced. Even the temperature of the photosphere isn’t as simple as a raw number. Facts without context is almost meaningless.

I dunno. Im from the generation where you bought encyclopedias and they were a prized possession. And literally it was just presented facts and research. They were amazingly useful and left the user to draw conclusions. Interpreting is the issue with now, you are relying on someone else to tell you how and what to think.

1+1 =2 fact. The photosphere of the sun is 9,900 deg F. Facts are facts. Politician X is a horrible person is subjective. Every Democrat votes this way. Generalized. Raw voting data = facts. There is a massive difference and facts leave it to the user to read and interpret what those facts mean.
