I’ve started a new channel taking a look back at Lorcana History, one day at a time. If you know an upcoming moment in history or think I’ve missed something, please let me know.

We were surprised to find Disney Lorcana card artist Dustin Panzino at booth A516. There were no advertised Disney Lorcana artist at @MegaConOrlando so this was a great surprise. Dustin has worked on many Disney Lorcana cards, but my favorite of his work is his Gizmosuit card.

Time we talk about streaming, production & entertainment quality for official #Lorcana DLC events… Why is it so inconsistent? 🤔 Ghent proved what’s possible — incredible casting, smooth production, constant engagement. The bar was set. 🔥 But then you have events like Taipei… hours of dead air, “stream starting soon” screens, and zero interaction. Little to no updates, no filler, no energy. That’s how you lose viewers/fans Meanwhile, smaller orgs are showing how it’s done 👇 Shoutout to @IllumineerCL & @_proplaygames - smaller teams, tighter resources, but they keep the streams ALIVE between rounds! Player interviews, desk talk, mini games, giveaways, community/chat interaction… you’re never just sitting there waiting. People don’t expect perfection - but they DO expect to be entertained. this is coming from a place of love for Disney & Lorcana. We’ve already seen the ceiling with Ghent — which is exactly why it’s frustrating when that level isn’t maintained.

We didn’t make the podium, but it was fun! There was controversy. The TO claimed Prince Charming IS Prince Phillip and the entire room disagreed.
