@adamhjk @nickstinemates ELI5, Studio Monitors vs Speakers, is it just a quality thing? I bought a Creative Stage Air 2 for under my monitor as I was getting tired of headphones or MacBook speakers for Zoom.

For the first time in a very long time, i am considering getting speakers for my PC. Wearing headphones for 12+ hours day can't be good.

@stack72 @Azure @thesysteminit I don’t get why the credentials are tied to a location, identity doesn’t have a location, although a MI or SI is in an RG that has a location, but the SI & MI is still a global resource (it’s an EntraID object)

What tech companies offer business class travel to software engineers, regardless of level? As a "default" perk. The one I know of is Meta. Are there others?

@simonmcc @NIDeveloper @editingemily Being on this side of the Glenshane, I have very little choices anyway it’s either three hours to Dublin or a trip via Heathrow. There is nothing worse than getting off a transatlantic flight and having to do three hours up to Derry

TIL if you have a connection in your aer lingus flight it breaks every single one of their systems and every single one will waste 20 mins of your life trying, pretending it will work

@stack72 @NIDeveloper @editingemily Aer Lingus direct to Seattle is the only reason I persevere with them. The lack of seat choice (cattle or business, that’s it) is a PITA for long haul. But nobody wants to go through Heathrow just to get PE.

@NIDeveloper @editingemily BA are fine - they just became no frills. I was a long time user (multiple years gold status) but they really lost their touch. AerLingus you couldn’t pay me to go on though :)
