Incredibly tough to put into words how disappointed I feel right now. After giving everything I had every single day at ENCE, it really hurts to see things end this way. Still, I’m deeply thankful for the trust, the people I worked with, and the experiences we built together — inside and outside of the server. Coaching all three different rosters has been a privilege. Even after this setback, my passion for CS2 hasn’t changed one bit. I’m still hungry, still motivated, and still ready to work harder than ever. I’m now looking for a new challenge as a Head Coach or Assistant Coach. Dass @mousesportsDE nichts für den Nachwuchsbereich macht, stimmt nun wirklich nicht. Ihr Academy-Team hat eine der höchsten Transferraten in den T1/T2 Bereich und eine der längsten Verweildauern für Academy-Spieler. Ich hatte dazu auch bereits mal einen Artikel geschrieben. 🔵 Coaching Announcement 🔵 Recently, I’ve seen a concerning number of players who have been negatively impacted by poor coaching – often becoming afraid to try new ideas or building habits based on incorrect fundamentals. This issue is especially noticeable in the GC scene, where the number of available coaches is limited and overall coaching quality is inconsistent. While there are excellent coaches who truly support player development, they are still more the exception than the norm. To help address this, I’ve created a new coaching Discord community. The goal of this server is to provide a structured, supportive space where players and developing coaches can learn, practice, and improve together, while also having access to coaching sessions and educational resources. About me: I have been coaching for over 5 years. I started by coaching Tier 2 teams with talented players, several of whom have gone on to compete in VCT and top Tier 2 teams. I later worked with multiple Tier 1-Tier 2 GC teams, and then built and coached a roster that reached Tier 2 (VCL). I also bring hundreds of hours of one-on-one coaching experience. I will also be running giveaways for free coaching sessions. These sessions will be recorded and shared for educational purposes, so players who are unsure about coaching or unable to afford sessions can still benefit. As this project is just getting started, details such as pricing and structure may evolve. Feedback and suggestions are highly appreciated. Jedes mal, wenn ich versuche einen "OFFday" zu machen, wird es ein OFFiceday. Das Problem dabei ist sogar, dass ICH es für mich brauche und nicht, dass es immer notwendig ist... Ist das nun gut oder schlecht? 😂
