@cyber4wave I’ve gone to a doctor for this and there’s a few pieces of advice I remember!!! Sit outside and eat right after waking up Try not to be in your bed if you aren’t actively trying to sleep don’t try to sleep for more than 10 minutes at a time, get up and do something for a bit!!
