The album’s opening track, “Bomb First (My Second Reply),” is about defiance, survival, and resistance to power — themes that closely mirror Iran’s wartime messaging.
Iranian forces and allied groups have increasingly incorporated global anti-establishment pop culture into their messaging and psychological warfare — in their viral LEGO videos and with references like this.

We left Beit Hanoun, our homes, on October 7, two and a half years ago, and we have not returned until this moment. We have lost everything we owned—our homes, shelter, food, and water. We left with nothing but our bodies, carrying only the clothes we wore.
The war has exhausted us, and we lost our source of income. It has devastated our lives, and the effects of famine are still present to this day. Everything has become extremely expensive, with prices increasing five to even ten times.

They've been retaliating against me since. And like I say here, I'm only one of many. Palestinians, Iranians, Lebanese, Iraqi, Arab activists get it much worse
The JDL members expected to mischaracterize my activism and distort the intentions of the movement without anyone noticing or correcting the distortions. I responded because I believe in the power of speaking the truth outloud
When I say 'Muslims of colour' this is intentional to show that they avoid calling white Muslims threats explicitly, and paint BIPOC as dangerous to serve their racist, genocidal agendas
