It's completely fair that one of the most celebrated game of all time as well as one of the most visually impressive game the PS2 has ever produced would have people with opinions on the way the remake changed its art direction

I dislike this idea that, for one to be passionate, they must have total recall of everything they have seen or read.
It ignores both the fluid nature of experiencing art and the very real confines of human capability.
It’s a bit silly to accuse someone who has seen 400 anime

Most "isolated otaku" will 'consume' so many animanga/vns/lns only to forget major details of everything within a year bc they don't keep their memory sharp through engaging with fandoms.
