💔💔 Heartbreaking & totally unacceptable. Now this is a more important cause of justice we all should really around. Forget Debidoo and Rarara. Fight for justice. What is the "Tawakkali" they're forcing on this woman? Hell NO! That's not it by any measure of Islam. Not when your child has been maltreated to death. You must seek for justice. The St. Louis school should be shut down for immediate investigation. The senior students that punished Nihal to her death should face criminal charges for murder. As a father of 3, 1 boy & 2 girls, I was devastated to receive the shocking news of the death of 14yr old Nihal (the daughter of @n_dansharif) due to bullying in her school, St Louis Secondary School. Watching her mother narrative the story really broke me. Justice must be done!

As a northerner, shame on you for joining kuffs to laugh at and call Rarara illiterate simply because you disagree with his political views. Imagine a Muslim calling a Hafiz like Dr. Rarara illiterate simply because he isn’t fluent in English. Literacy did not start and end with speaking English, not everyone who speaks good English is educated, and not everyone who struggles with English is illiterate.

Today I want to lend my voice to the cause of seeking justice for the daughter of a Sister on here, Nusayba Rabiu Danshariff. Nihal was allegedly killed as a result of being severely punished and bullied in school. Until her painful demise, Nihal was a JSS2 student of St Louis boarding school Kano. The negligence of the school authority and attempt to twist the narrative should be investigated by kano state govt under his excellency @Kyusufabba The pain and sorrow this family has been thrown into should not go in vain. We seek #Justice4Nihal

Tried it for a while. The discipline benefit is real and probably the most underrated part of daily challenges like this. But here's the honest answer: 100 reps of anything done daily without progressive overload eventually stops building strength and starts just maintaining it. Your body adapts fast, and once it does, you're doing cardio not resistance training. The shoulder and wrist issues people report are usually form fatigue, when you're grinding out reps 70-100 and your mechanics quietly fall apart. If you want the discipline habit, the streak mentality is genuinely useful. If you want the physique and strength gains, you eventually have to add load or variety or the plateau comes sooner than you think.

Gym goers who has tried the “100 pushups a day” routine, Has anyone actually stuck with it long term? Did you notice any real benefits in terms of strength, physique, posture, stamina, or discipline? Also, did you run into any issues like shoulder, wrist, or elbow pain from doing them daily?

Married for 15yrs without a child. She went thru IVF which was a success now she's brain stem death at 30weeks gestation because of pregnancy complications. I think I've witnessed more than enough in this profession.
