@tech_touchdowns To be fair the committee showing they are willing to screw teams and do whatever they want to get Alabama into the playoffs is a horrible precedence for the future of the sport. Why play games if Bama is just gonna get in no matter what?

Breaking: Notre Dame is withdrawing its name from consideration for a bowl game and will not play again this season. The decision comes after the Fighting Irish did not make the 12-team CFP.

@drew_gsu I’m not saying they did or didn’t get screwed, but declining to play creates a horrible precedence for the future of the sport and bowl games.

@tech_touchdowns I agree Notre Dame should join a conference, having said that they got royally screwed. Committee was putting Bama in no matter what because its Bama. Also, have the teams in the CFP didnt play in their conference championship so I don't see how Notre Dame gets shit for that.
