Why is it difficult to deploy large scale chargers on highways? Where are the stronger incentives or mandates to accelerate EV charger deployment? Fuel subsidies are rising but public EV infrastructure is lagging behind. Malaysia needs to invest forward in enabling large scale charging hubs along strategic interstate routes ahead of demand, introduce policies such as the Right to Charge and ensuring all highways are EV friendly.
