Laptop battery successfully replaced. Laptop is something like 3 years old. Modern gadgets not as good as the old gadgets. They seemed to last forever.

@g0lbk @telespice Oh heck! Thats a lot of snow you have there. Has the rotator survived unscathed?

Well the recent snow was too much for my 3.7m dish I used on 902 and 1296 so I am QRT for the time being. I will put a 1296 feed back in the 3m dish so service will resume in the summer.

@g0lbk David, it was a W2HRO design hex dish with chicken wire. Not really designed for portable operation but also not designed for Snow. I should have removed the wire before hand 🤓

@telespice Sad to see. Is that one of the pop up dishes? I'm sure you will be back stronger than ever before and look forward to hearing you again.

@n0lwf Tempting for sure. I should have taken the wire off and that would have saved it…. Too late !
