@adamconover Adam, Love your stuff on your channel. We have a lot of similar takes on things, and should do a collab sometime on Musk since he's one of our top targets for his fraud. This is obviously important to you, but very few people care. We don't, being honest. Writers today... suck.

Changing the subject isn’t a “valid” point, and suggesting it no longer happens because kids are assumed to be trans instead is false, and conflating being trans with “sexualising” is obviously transphobic.

@thombruce @Matt_Dillahunty I think you misunderstand how "woke" is being used. It's ironic satire. Like when someone makes an intellectual mistake and you call them a "genius." The right, co-opted meaning is highlighting how un-woke the person is by calling them woke.

Only the people who try to use "trans" as a slur think "cis" is a slur. They're only revealing their own hate, fear and ignorance.

@normal_brandon1 @Matt_Dillahunty I wouldn’t describe either as a slur, though both are used to veil slurs. I just sort of think of that as an act of cowardice… 🤷‍♂️ Always to me says more about those speakers than who or whatever they’re addressing.

@normal_brandon1 @Matt_Dillahunty Even the version of “woke” co-opted and misused by right-wingers is not a slur. Funnily enough, they did the same with “Brandon”—not in that random UD definition I showed, but as a veiled and targeted “fuck you” to people; initially Joe Biden, then more broadly.
