@ZoeMcLaren What seemed to help me whenever I got sunburnt was to take the maximum regular dose of aspirin. I now wear an SPF 100 sunscreen whenever I think I may be overexposed.

Ice the area as soon as you realize you’re sunburnt. It prevents it from getting any worse.
