Tiny frog on Blast

Dear Tiny Frog holders, We deeply regret to inform you of a significant issue discovered 9 hours ago within the Tiny Frog contract.

As a result, the 0.76201 ETH which were earned by upgrade fee is now permanently locked in the contract. You can view the transaction here: blastscan.io/address/0x6d5c…. (We want to make sure team didn't make any money out of this project.)

This error is known to occur when upgrading functions deployed with version 4.x to version 5.0. Although the upgradeToAndCall function executed successfully, it has left us unable to revert to the previous state.

During the process of upgrading to fix a bug, a version issue with OpenZeppelin caused all functions to cease operation, making it impossible to roll back.
