@tradu81 @TheBlueDodger The BlueCo strategy is not about winning titles or being successful on the pitch as a team, but signing best talents while they're naive and put them on long contracts. Frustrate them until they feel they deserve higher wages and a better club ready to win major titles. 🤑🤑🤑🤑
English

🚨 Fabrizio Romano:
"There is something happening behind the scenes. My understanding is that there has been a conversation for some months between Enzo Fernandez and Chelsea to try to find a solution over contract terms to try to adjust the contract. At the moment, still no agreement."
"If they can't find a solution, which I'm sure they will try to, Enzo could be open to exploring options in the summer."

@jibson_jayb @TheForumChelsea @WakyKonah Something needs to be done.
If only BlueCo relaxed their policies & prioritise success over mid-level standards & development of young talents, this wouldnt be an issue.
English

@tradu81 @TheForumChelsea @WakyKonah They should just ignore the stadium for a while, no one should go watch their fucking match.
English

@Deals265138 @Blue_Footy @cfc_whale And example by comparing two
Barco with two payers who are above his grade.
🤷♂️
English

That logic doesn’t really hold up.
If the only reason was ‘protecting an asset’, they could do that with minutes, marketing and PR, without giving him the vice‑captaincy.
They chose Enzo because, inside the camp, he’s clearly seen as a lead we, a.winner with the right mentalitu, a high standard setter, & voice in the dressing room.
You don’t hand a symbolic role like that just to balance a spreadsheet. 🤣
English

@tradu81 @NizaarKinsella Secondly, the reason for giving him the vice captain position is because they invested the highest amount of money in him, which they do not want to depreciate, in my own opinion.
English

Nobody is calling Enzo Fernandez, Frank Lampard.
They’re completely different profiles and eras.
What people value is that he’s a top midfielder who’s been performing in a dysfunctional team for four straight years.
He’s carried standards, leadership & quality when the club around him hasn’t.
That’s why there’s patience with him, and why losing him would say more about Chelsea’s decline than about the player.
If you dont believe me, ask Real Madrid, Man City, PSG, Liverpool etc who are all interested in him. 🤷♂️
English

@tradu81 @NizaarKinsella Firstly, I believe that it was a favour, and a distraction from all of the above, it clearly worked , there were and still are excuses for this guy and I don't understand why, he is no Frank Lampard, so what endears you all to him like that?
English

@wilderdanni2 @TheBlueDodger Reece James is an academy graduate. Other top players are not they have no connection to the roots of the club.
Ans Reece is just glad there is a club out there willing to pay him 250K a week to be a part-time player.
English

@tradu81 @TheBlueDodger Top players wanting out? Reece James just signed a new 6 year contract. LOL
English

@emmanueldanjum1 @Sir_jaay01 He was hitting the same nunbers when he was happy at Man U.
And for 30M-40M, its a bargain.
English

@tradu81 @Sir_jaay01 He's 28 and not at his best form. I'll likely argue is best is behind him and good thing is he's technical enough to adapt to the Spanish league but may not hit thesame numbers back home. It's too big a gamble
English

You are appointed the coach of Chelsea for next season with absolute control of the transfer window both incoming and outgoing with £300m to spend but you must compete for all trophies and win at least one of the UCL and PL or.…
Now quote this post with your incomings, outgoings and team setup for the season.
English

@shidof99 @Blue_Footy @GraemeBailey James and Fofana get paid more than him, so yes, he is worth it.
English

@Blue_Footy @GraemeBailey Hmmmmm! Is Enzo Fernandez worth breaking the bank for?
English

‼️Chelsea are ready to DESTROY their salary record with a stunning new contract for Enzo Fernandez.
~ @GraemeBailey

English

@Chelsea_stat Imagine Enzo's stats if he was playing for Starsbourg.
English

@ChelseaP0ll @Chelsea_stat I cant believe how they can throw stats like that around, one plays in Ligue 1 and the other in EPL/UCL.
They may as well show us stats of a midfielder from the Championship. 🤣
English

@Chelsea_stat There’s needs to be a caveat, Enzo plays in the premier league - Barco in Ligue 1
Different level of pressures
English

@Blue_Footy @Holarmikhunley @cfc_whale So if he will be just another squad player, whats the point?
We have enough of those.
Keen to hear what you have to say on that, but I doubt you will respond Vince! No answer.
English

⚡️Barco looks good in Ligue 1 for the same reason Santos & Sarr did. And why Moreira and Chilwell do.
The league is slower and easier, in the EPL he’d be another Buonanotte.
Tidy, talented, but zero impact, not a savior.
Dont agree?
Vince™@Blue_Footy
You see Barco as another kid from France? Wow! Let me ask, how many 90 minutes of his game have you watched? Another misconception among us is the misuse of experience and quality. A top quality kid over a poor experienced man any day. How old are Pedri and Joao Neves? Where we need actual experience is at the back in my opinion. We aren't inexperienced in midfield. You are just scared of the unknown.
English

Correct, Barco is still learning but so are Neves and Pedri and other youngsters.
Neves and Pedri are top tier youngsters, better quality, who have a lot more football experience at the top level.
They are more establishes & ready for the step up, Barco is not.
Ligue 1 also provides youngsters a platform to develop & keep confidence high, in the EPL 1 or 2 bad games would ruin them as we've seen with many.
English

@Blue_Footy @cfc_whale Barco is still in the process of learning, bro. As he said, we don't need another average player. We need experienced players.
He's just 21 years old and he still has a lot to learn.
Your attention should be on how Chelsea can sign professional players just like everyone else.
English

@Blue_Footy @cfc_whale Are you really comparing Barco with players like Neves and Pedri like they are in the same bracket? Wow

English

@SaiduAbdulmuhm1 @Blue_Footy Just like Sarr was the best CB right?
English

@Blue_Footy Bring him in please. He'll compliment Caicedo in our midfield. He's an all timer in the making. He can carry, pass and works very hard OOP. He's one of the most complete young midfielders in the world
English

@BlueCoProject Arsenal are top of the table, Chelsea are 6th, yes, there are levels to this.
English

@vikcfc @siphillipssport @FabrizioRomano The only players sold on he project are players who are happy to just be at the club, are players who are young, on low wages and happy to have the opportunity to be at CFC.
Players will question the project when they see no progress.
English

@siphillipssport @FabrizioRomano If Enzo’s head is already open to leaving, Chelsea should be thinking carefully too. Good player, but this club needs more than talent right now. It needs players fully sold on the project.
English

Enzo Fernandez and Chelsea have been talking for some months over a new contract, but there has been no agreement or solution found yet. Enzo would be open to exploring leaving Chelsea. Chelsea are in control over the situation and will not give any discount.
[@FabrizioRomano]
English

@LDNFootbalI @FabrizioRomano The club needs to secure his services or find a happy medium before he jets off to the world cup.
I just hope Enzo can influence upstairs to be more relaxed with their recruitment & wage structure.
