@Trustpilot — is this DSA compliance?My Temu reviews were removed right after Temu replied to them. No specific explanation. Only generic templates and threats to restrict my account.DSA requires transparency in content moderation. This looks like censorship. @EU_Commission #DSA

@trustpilot This a-hole has spammed the same review on my old business page (Thecloud.org.uk) , even though my business shutdown years ago after my son died to suicide. He's cut and paste the same review to thecloud.net page as well. How do you not pick up copy paste BS ? When a business owner flags a review, it should be hidden until a decision has been made. Glad I'm not running my business any more, or a-holes like this could just ruin me with their unhinged BS!

@Trustpilot I’m genuinely puzzled by your moderation system. Why are so many obviously fake or misleading reviews allowed to remain even after reporting? Conversely, genuine honest reviews are removed or flagged. This feels completely backwards.
