We would like to clarify that for the past 6 months we have been collecting reviews through the AFS system, which is an automated verified review request process. Because of this, it is practically impossible for us to breach any Trustpilot guidelines intentionally. Regarding the IP address concern, the only scenario where the same IP may appear is when a repeat passenger books with us again and submits another review, which can naturally happen in the travel industry. Otherwise, duplicate reviewer accounts from the same IP are not something we facilitate. Additionally, more than 350 reviews being taken offline which is very concerning for us, especially when these reviews were submitted by genuine travelers. We are fully committed to complying with Trustpilot guidelines and maintaining transparency.

We are requesting transparency from @Trustpilot regarding the removal of a large number of genuine customer reviews from our business profile. Over the past several months, many customer reviews have been removed, including reviews collected through Trustpilot’s own Automatic Feedback Service (AFS) and marked as “Verified Reviews.” Earlier, we were advised by the Trustpilot team to enroll in a paid plan of $349 and follow their recommended review collection best practices to avoid such issues. Based on this guidance, we proceeded with the paid plan and implemented the suggested process, including keeping eazyfares.com+83************@invite.trustpilot.com in BCC when communicating with customers so that Trustpilot could send review invitations directly to them. However, despite following the suggested approach, the removal of customer reviews has continued. We have repeatedly requested clarification and evidence explaining why legitimate reviews — including AFS verified reviews — were removed. Unfortunately, we have not received a clear explanation from the team so far. Recently, we had a Google Meet call with the Trustpilot team where we again requested clarification regarding these issues. During the discussion, we were informed that 350+ reviews had been removedfrom our account. When we requested the team to share the details of those reviewers so that we could ask them to confirm their experience directly with Trustpilot (as all reviews were from genuine customers), we were informed that this data could not be shared. We then suggested that the Trustpilot team themselves reach out to those reviewers to verify whether the reviews were genuine. However, we were informed that they do not provide such assistance. Due to these ongoing concerns, we remain very confused about the situation. Additionally, we recently discovered that our account has been flagged, which has added further uncertainty. As a business that values genuine customer feedback, we believe platforms that host reviews should maintain transparency and fairness in how reviews are handled. We respectfully request Trustpilot’s senior management and Content Integrity team to review this matter.

@Trustpilot There are 3 National Lottery sites on your website. The top one is the Irish lottery, but it does not say in the title. The other 2 are the UK lottery, but only one has UK in the title. Some UK reviews are on the Irish lottery, mainly bad since the recent upgrade.
