@Trustpilot Dear Trustpilot Team, Kynex Ltd, a telecommunications company, is allegedly blackmailing and bullying clients to post 5-star reviews on Trustpilot. They are also threatening clients to remove 1-star reviews. Please review the tactics they use. On many occasion, likely thousands

@Trustpilot sad day when you write a bad review for a paid company on your forum, you send an email to provide more info or the review is removed. Not exactly honest for anyone writing a bad review, or you will remove them!!!!

@HelloitsLux Hi 👋 reviews can be flagged by businesses, consumers, or by our software when guidelines are broken - not simply because a business complains. Reviews are only taken offline if they’re found to violate our guidelines following review by our teams and technology.

What’s the point in @Trustpilot if they remove honest but negative reviews when a business owner complains enough? Doesn’t sound very trustworthy.

@BrightFunded denied my funded account, Same thing happened in feb and I leave a review at @Trustpilot and CEO Email me of an apology and said it was mistake by risk team and remove the review. Now they flagged my geniune review. @PropFirmMatch @Myforexfirms @ispidertrader

@Trustpilot There are two companies that are getting mixed up: Can you fix that - alert the reviewer "make sure this is the right company". 'CyberPower' and 'CyberPower PC'. CyberPower PC is a gaming company getting the bad reviews but they are showing up on CyberPower.

Great example of why alt text matters, esp in e-mail. My e-mail program blocks remote imgs by default (common privacy measure) so I have to use alt text to understand what they depict. Here I can't leave a @Trustpilot review because the star ratings are imgs with no alt text.

@Trustpilot A company keeps flagging every negative review they get and you take them down You even removed my review because they flagged it. They're breaking your rules but you do nothing about it
