We have recently identified a coordinated campaign of false and defamatory reviews targeting Ace Up Capital after we terminated a giveaway partnership due to repeated violations of our terms. We respectfully request that Trustpilot investigate these reviews and remove any that violate its guidelines—not only those targeting Ace Up Capital, but similar coordinated review abuse affecting other legitimate prop firms as well. We also encourage fellow prop firms to conduct proper due diligence before partnering with giveaway hosts or influencers. A single bad actor can damage the reputation of an entire industry through coordinated misinformation.

@Trustpilot sad day when you write a bad review for a paid company on your forum, you send an email to provide more info or the review is removed. Not exactly honest for anyone writing a bad review, or you will remove them!!!!

@HelloitsLux Hi 👋 reviews can be flagged by businesses, consumers, or by our software when guidelines are broken - not simply because a business complains. Reviews are only taken offline if they’re found to violate our guidelines following review by our teams and technology.

What’s the point in @Trustpilot if they remove honest but negative reviews when a business owner complains enough? Doesn’t sound very trustworthy.
