UBER DC

@oucmecalling311 @tomsherwood @politicshour @mitchryals @DCVisionZero DC government tickets are ripping off residence on un checked & un caliberated cameras. Someone has to investigate and bring DC government to pay off all the loots from hard working citizens.

My councilmember appears to be running a mayoral campaign on how he's sick and tired of receiving moving violations from DC in the mail, I wonder exactly how many he has received at this point. @tomsherwood @politicshour @mitchryals @DCVisionZero

@ellinj App in many ways is impractical, many times the input (passenger side) and the outcome (drivers side) are totally different. Trust you direct contact with the driver. App never updated to the real demand. Funny updates by Uber tech guru’s r on things “ain't broke, don't fix it”.

@UberDC Then why offer the option in the app. I would think selecting “upper level door x” should be enough.

@UberDC why can’t drivers understand arrivals at DCA means upstairs. I was charged. Cancellation fee while waiting for driver to show up. Watched him drive in circles what about my time. ?

@PSDgeek @lyft @AskLyft If lyft has all the details and you are not willing to share anything why come here whine? You want us to blindly accuse lyft drivers for something we don’t know?

It’s a real shame @lyft @AskLyft allows and condones theft by their drivers. What’s worse is their customer service will leave you hanging and totally ignore you when you need help. How scary is it that #Lyft allows unethical drivers on their platform?? Might as well be #Uber.

@nowyre U can ask driver to use the aux cable to play ur music or ask that u want a quite ride & if he don’t mind to turn off the music. Mostely z problem is z other way round. Think playing music of ur choice is neither the driver nor the rider right. Each must b considerate of z other

Ok, so what’s the protocol when your @uberdc driver is playing music that basically consists of F F F F F F F F F NWORD N WORD FFF . Should I ask him to switch to my Spotify selection — for example, la Traviata? 🙄

@Uber @UberDC Hi! I asked a driver his name before I got into his car and he wouldn’t tell me until I told him my name. He said it was Uber policy but I told him that was stupid because why would a single woman or anyone get into somone’s car and they won’t tell you their name?

@Mica4Life @Uber When U call Uber 4 verification is provided to U. The vehicle model, car tag, driver name and driver photo. The only Verfication (security for the driver for payment) is the passenger providing his or her name. If driver provides z passenger name some will say yes that is me.
