Left a @baywheels bike next to a full station near Crissy Field July 4th, every dock full for miles, no cell service. Now charged $1,200 "lost bike" fee even after Lyft admitted in writing stations were full. System failure, not rider failure. @lyft @AskLyft

@lyft why have an option to schedule a driver just for them to cancel. My boyfriend might miss his flight because the driver scheduled to take him to the airport bailed. These type of calls need better incentives so the driver doesnt cancel on people.

Hey @lyft, why are passengers being financially penalized just to stay safe? ​ Even your competitor @Uber has clear pathways to dispute fees and protect riders from bad driving. Meanwhile, if a Lyft driver is driving dangerously, distracted, or breaking rules, we get slapped with surge/cancel fees just to get a new ride?!? Change your policy Lyft!!!
