People hype Vaibhav, Abhishek or other youngsters based on recency bias they are good no doubt. Pant was also very hyped, and I genuinely believe he has exceptional talent, which he showed early on especially in the IPL, he was brutal. But now you can see him struggling to score even normal runs. Similarly, things won’t always be the same for other youngsters, so before comparing them with any great, let’s watch them for a few years. I hope Pant will start ruling cricket.
