NEXT OF KIN" IS USELESS IN THE BANK.
The real thing needed in the bank is
👇👇
If you díe today (God forbid), your “Next of Kin" will not have any access to the money in your account.
So many Nigerians think that their next of Kin is the automatic heir to their accounts. But the TRUTH is that if your Next Of Kin is not a signatory to your account, and you don’t have a written will to determine that person’s legitimacy, the Person will not have access to that MONEY at all.
Are you surprised....Sit down first
See ehn your Bank will have to go through a process called A LEGAL PROBATE.
This Probate Period helps them determine who gets the MONEY in your account. this is a very lengthy and expensive process. Even after the whole process is DONE, Your FAMILY will have to FORFEIT some very REASONABLE amount of the MONEY for LEGAL FEES.
But if you want to avoid this, simply request for your Bank to give you something called a POD Form.
What did I call it? POD 👍🏾
POD stands for "PAYABLE ON DEATH". The Name of The person you fill in that POD Form will determine who will get your MONEY. All the person needs to bring Is a Death Certificate to get that MONEY out.
With a POD Form, you will save your FAMILY the stress of going through all that Lengthy Legal Process and even losing some MONEY to the Law.
I just thought, I should let you have record of this important information

@wealthcoachomi BUA cement is more expensive because from the P/E ratio of 24.96, means that a product worth N1 is being sold at N24.96 While Dangote is being sold at N11.63 for a product worth N1.

.@POTUS “Tonight, at my direction as Commander in Chief, the United States launched a powerful and deadly strike against ISIS Terrorist Scum in Northwest Nigeria, who have been targeting and viciously killing, primarily, innocent Christians, at levels not seen for many years, and even Centuries! I have previously warned these Terrorists that if they did not stop the slaughtering of Christians, there would be hell to pay, and tonight, there was. The Department of War executed numerous perfect strikes, as only the United States is capable of doing. Under my leadership, our Country will not allow Radical Islamic Terrorism to prosper. May God Bless our Military, and MERRY CHRISTMAS to all, including the dead Terrorists, of which there will be many more if their slaughter of Christians continues.
DONALD J. TRUMP
PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA”

Today marks a defining chapter in my life and service. I received an honour that carries both history and responsibility.
I was formally installed as the Aare Ona Kakanfo of Egbaland, a title that reminds me that leadership is service, and service must always honour God, heritage, and community.
For me, this moment is a call to deepen my commitment to culture, to continue building platforms that uplift our people, and to stand firmly in the legacy of those who came before us.
I am deeply grateful to God, to Kabiyesi the Alake of Egbaland, to my family, elders, and the many hands and hearts that have walked with me on this journey. Every step has been purpose-driven, and today strengthens that purpose even more.
As we move forward, my dedication remains the same: to drive value, build structures, and ensure that our culture continues to stand proudly on the global stage.
Thank you all for your support and prayers. The journey continues.
