Although i am not going to get enrolled with course and course is not going to start for me, then why do you still want to keep pre-reserve seat fees? Was it non refundable? Doing DBA from GGU through UpGrad has unfortunately been a deeply disappointing experience. Responsiveness & support before registration were completely different. After paying full fee ~₹12 lakhs, engagement has drastically declined. Extremely disheartening. @upGrad_edu
