@KevinMu36205645 @AlexPride_RBLX There isn’t a single gay gene, but sexuality is a genetic trait. It’s polygenic. Sexuality, in general, is a biological construct.

@wilsontctc @AlexPride_RBLX It’s an intrinsic identity, not an action. How else do gay people form long-lasting relationships with or without sex? Is it also fair to say being straight isn’t an identity but a sexual action?

@AlexPride_RBLX BEING GAY IS an ACTION NOT an IDENTITY...GAY MEANS PEOPLE HAVING SEX WITH THE SAME SEX THEY ARE...WHICH IS SOMETHING YOU CAN NOT DO ALL THE TIME...WHEN YOU AREN'T HAVING HAVING SEX WITH a SAME SEX PERSON as YOU, YOU AREN'T BEING "GAY"...

@AlexPride_RBLX being lgbtq+ isn’t a choice. however it is a choice on how you express yourself & present yourself to others.

@CommonSense1994 @swiftism100 And no, the population wouldn’t “implode”. Biologically speaking, there will always be more straight people since straights have direct gene transmission. Gays can transmit their genes indirectly through sexual antagonism, kin altruism, among others.

@uriah_waita @swiftism100 Incorrect dumb fuck. That’s literally impossible you fucking idiot the population would implode if it were that many. At the high end it’s maybe two percent. That’s it. Gays are OVERREPRESENTED at such a level it’s retarded. Are you really stupid enough to think it’s a billion?

@CommonSense1994 @swiftism100 No, I’m not stupid. In fact, you’re the dumb fuck for thinking I’m stupid. Sources from World Population Review, Gallup, William’s Institute, Ipsos all show that gay people objectively make up hundreds of millions worldwide, possibly in the billions. Look it up yourself.

@CommonSense1994 @swiftism100 No. LGBTQ+ people make up 650 million to 1 billion people globally. For every non-LGBTQ+ themes/people media, around 1/10th of that should have LGBTQ+ themes/people. Yet they’re heavily unrepresented globally, so this isn’t the case.

@uriah_waita @swiftism100 If you received true representation then you would only see gay stuff in less than percent of media and in public spaces dumb fuck. You’re a small minority. 99 percent of people are straight. Gays have been GIVEN WAY MORE REPRESENTATION THAN WHAT THEY ACTUALLY ARE.

@TROCSP @Atlas_VD The reason why I bring up the fact other species can be gay is because it universally can serve social and biological functions. Bonobos, chimps, dolphins, giraffes, penguins, humans, and certain insect species. They all benefit socially and biologically and it’s been observed.

@uriah_waita @Atlas_VD No. It means multicellular life isn’t natural in unicellular organisms and vice versa. It also means that being multicellular is rare. You can’t argue it’s natural for a human to being something or do something because a fucking clownfish can do it

@TROCSP @Atlas_VD And homosexuality has been observed in many mammalian species, including our cousins, bonobos and chimpanzees. We actually inherited the trait from our recent common ancestor. So yes, it IS a natural trait for humans to be gay.

@uriah_waita @Atlas_VD Yeah, a natural trait in the specific species it was observed in. Just because birds are able to fly it doesn’t make it natural for humans to fly. Just because it’s natural for a fish to breathe water it doesn’t mean it’s natural for humans to.

@uriah_waita @swiftism100 Sure if that was the case you wouldn't need a whole month to feel special I know many gay people and love many gay people it's the ones who think they're special and deserve special treatment because of it. But you just keep shoving that square in the circle hole. It'll go bud 😂

@Devin_Cremeans @swiftism100 If you understood anything about sociology, you would know unrepresented minorities who are ostracized from the rest of society would need some form of representation in order to achieve normalization. It’s why we have black history month and special days for other minorities 🤷

@TROCSP @Atlas_VD So what? If something exists in nature, regardless of its rarity, it’s still observed as a natural trait. The vast majority of living organisms on earth are unicellular, does that mean other organisms are “less” natural?

@Atlas_VD 6500 of the 8.7 million species on the planet have been observed practicing homosexual activity. That is a VAST minority making it very rare in the animal kingdom.

@jimmyincognito1 @Atlas_VD But even so, even if homosexuality is somehow exceptionally rare in the animal kingdom, it doesn’t make it any less natural. Anything that exists in nature, even if it’s only observed in one species, is still considered just as natural as any other behavior.

@Atlas_VD This isn't homosexual behavior. This is dominance without true penetration. Homosexuality as humans mean it doesn't exist across the animal kingdom, it's exceptionally rare/non-existent.

@jimmyincognito1 @Atlas_VD In fact, it’s observed throughout the animal kingdom. Our cousins bonobos and chimpanzees actually engage in penetrative homosexual behavior. Giraffes, penguins, and certain species of insects engage in same-sex bonds. It’s been documented in hundreds of species.

@Devin_Cremeans @swiftism100 If we ever want to exist peacefully in a society and be a step closer to normalization, we all have to be educated about the fact different relationships exist instead of pointing fingers and shouting “they’re shoving their lifestyle down our throats!” with such hypocrisy.

@Devin_Cremeans @swiftism100 Again, does that justify treating different relationships with such disrespect? Of course not. Just because something is seen as more normal doesn’t mean bigot phobes like you get to justify this double standard. It doesn’t mean we get to treat different relationships like this.

@rayyyneboww @swiftism100 No true scotsman btw. There’s no such thing as a “real” Christian. Anyone who believes in the Holy Trinity is by definition a Christian regardless of their views or actions. And I said that to address the hypocrisy of the right claiming the left is grooming children.

@CommandrInCheat @swiftism100 It objectively is a different normal sexuality, you just can’t bring yourself to accept a fact of life. Why else would many people from different backgrounds feel this way with no interference or control? Ask yourself why many major health organizations agree with that?

@uriah_waita @swiftism100 Everybody knows abnormal sexuality exists. You don't want to normalize the knowledge, you want to normalize the condition as just a different normal sexuality. Of course it's not. Beyond that, do what you like. No laws should be passed interfering with free consenting adults.

@BoringLlamaChe @swiftism100 But that fact alone doesn’t justify a double standard. We will never move to full representation and acceptance when bigots consider the same expression expressed by gay people as “shoving” their love down people’s throats. It’s hypocrisy and we should address it.
