@adelbucetta you're right that I haven't replicated intuition. the trick is you don't have to. the intuition lives in the tool, the ai just writes code into it. this video is a plain deterministic scene file, not generated pixels. you can read and edit every frame: gist.github.com/kiyeonjeon21/4…

ai is great at drafting motion. it has no taste. so i don't let it render pixels. it writes a plain scene as code, and i tune the motion by hand in this editor. dragging the path, retiming the beats. the edits save to a separate layer, so when the ai regenerates the scene, my changes survive. ai drafts, i direct.

where it started a few days ago, for context. rough. the whole character system is declarative: pose = joint angles, walk = a preset, squash and a smile = path morphs. all deterministic, and edits survive when the AI regenerates the scene.

the bet is different from a black box 3D render: reframe scenes are plain code, edits save as JSON overlays, renders are byte-for-byte deterministic. an AI writes it, you tweak any beat, it renders the same every time. open source: github.com/kiyeonjeon21/r…

the brief, basically one message: "this is trending on X. research the solar system and make a genuinely wow motion piece with a storyline. Kokoro American voiceover required." Claude Code wrote ~400 lines of reframe scene code, generated the voiceover, scored it, and rendered. no manual keyframing.

this is trending today, "from a single prompt." so i gave Claude Code (Opus 4.8) the same brief, one prompt, using only reframe, my open source motion framework. it wrote the whole thing as code and rendered a deterministic mp4. the American voiceover is Kokoro, running locally. not Pixar 3D. but every frame is editable, reproducible code. long way to go, here's where it is today 👇
