to summarize: - there's 100 mil $VST reserved for public sale - they will be sold at a minimum price of $1.60 at open market - the sale will be accompanied by listing at other exchanges beyond $waves DEX.

There are questions about the third public round $VST tokensale. 10% of the total issue is reserved for open market sale, and will be sold gradually according to market conditions (the sale will be announced). Meanwhile we limit Vostok markets to $Waves DEX only.
