@cornwall70001 These are not new laws. They existed before Starmer. People are breaking the law and being punished. It’s not rocket science.

Starmer is turning the UK into an authoritarian dictatorship after only 5 weeks. He wants to crush any dissent. Other democratic countries are looking on with a mixture of astonishment and horror, as are most of us who live here. I have never known anything like it.

I think @Keir_Starmer would do well to explain plainly and simply how the housing of asylum seekers works and why it doesn’t affect people on council waiting lists for social housing. This seems to be the big issue. Convinced they’re not getting housed because of asylum seekers.
