my experience doing this for ari:
basically it shows you a bunch of seat options, i checked all of them so it would consider me for all sections. it took about a week and then they email you saying your card was charged and what seat you are or it will say denied.

A limited number of tickets for BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ shows in the U.S. and Canada will be made available for request at face value through Ticketmaster. Any fan can sign up to request tickets between April 13th and April 14th. After submitting, if your request can be fulfilled, your credit card will automatically be charged and you’ll get an email from Ticketmaster with further instructions. Be on the lookout for another post on April 13th with additional details. @bts_bighit
