@BPCLLPG @PetroleumMin @HardeepSPuri Bunch of inefficient or ovwrsmart agencies. Under the cover of shortage or high demand they are.misusing especially fully paid refills and not delivering. If you care, check out Navodaya agency Whitefield Bangalore.
