it’s almost april.
summer is 10 weeks away.
here’s how to get lean before summer without overhauling your life:
1.train 3 days a week. 30 minutes. before work. non negotiable.
2.hit 150g protein daily. every single day. no exceptions.
3.walk 7,000 steps. doesn’t matter when. just get them.
4.sleep 7 hours minimum. this is where the results actually happen.
5.cut the alcohol during the week. just the week. watch what changes.
10 weeks is enough time to look completely different in a shirt.
most people just never start.

@CFCMods If you know you're getting fat unnecessarily, please hit the gym or do regular exercises, watch your intakes as well. There's no joy being an obese, don't look like bag of beans. Your physique should give you much concern same as poverty gives you concern. Work on your physique.
