Depression, at it's core, is a feedback loop:
• In the head, relentless negative self-talk
• In the heart, stuck anger (sometimes grief)
• In the nervous system: chronic anxiety and adrenal exhaustion.
And so the solution is to interrupt the loop.
You do this by questioning the voice in your head, moving the anger and/or getting to know it, allowing real pleasure into your nervous system instead of shaming it away.
Depression feeds on the belief that something is wrong with you.
The shift begins when you stop believing that lie.

@Dearme2_ @DearS_o_n There’s no one simple fix.
It’s usually a mix of support, therapy, small habits, and time.
And not going through it alone.
English

@Dearme2_ Start with the basics that actually move the needle: consistent sleep schedule, daily movement, and talking to someone who knows what they're doing.
English

@Dearme2_ Realise it’s just programming like the rest of the mind’s intake. You’re the awareness observing the program, whether it’s depressed or not.
The programs fucked, but you can override it.
English

@Dearme2_ You don’t “fix” depression with one hack. You treat it with actual therapy, sometimes meds, honest support, better sleep, movement, sunlight, food, and routines so small they’re actually doable. It’s slow, annoying, and unfair work, but it is treatable.
English

@Dearme2_ Change the people who don’t respect you and change your environment. That’s the cure
English

@Dearme2_ Here are things you can do to help fix depression:
Go for therapy if you can.
Medication if you need it.
Move before you feel like moving.
Tell one person the truth. Depression survives in silence and suffocates in honesty.
In any order. Just start somewhere.

@Dearme2_ Depression isn’t a failure. 💯 Seek professional help, stay active, sleep well, eat balanced, connect with loved ones, and use small daily wins to rebuild momentum. Tiny steps add up. 🧠✨

1. Separate your depression from any drugs or alcohol you are taking. (These are an attempt to increase dopamine artificially)
2. Identify the trauma that is causing your depression.
3. IF it isn't trauma based, then it is sin based.
4. These are the sins: pride, greed, lust, envy, gluttony, wrath, and sloth
Which one are you? Answer honestly and you will have the best chance.
English

@Dearme2_ Focus on Jesus Christ instead of yourself. He will overcome it for you. 🙏🏻
English

@Dearme2_ Depression usually doesn’t get solved by motivation, supplements, or a better morning routine.
It gets treated.
Therapy, medication, structure, and actual support beat waiting to feel better.
If it’s severe, stop trying to self-manage a medical problem.
English

@Dearme2_ Honestly, I just pray it out , for someone who grew up without a father , praying always feels like I'm talking to someone wiser, smarter and understanding, most of the time I feel better just after

Depression is what happens when you've lost your compass; life feels like a boat drifting in the ocean, water everywhere, no shore in sight... The solution is to give direction to your life:
1. Find out who you wanna be
2. Set goals, and make a plan
3. Go after those goals according to the plan
