@DirtyTesLa I’ve only participated in the evolution from V 12 to V 14 and that alone has been mind blowing.

@DirtyTesLa How did you sink your turn signal with the LED strip?

@DirtyTesLa It’s been entertaining for sure. I’ve been using it since v10 days. As one that works in R&D it really is impressive how fast this has evolved. The general population has no idea what a time suck it is to develop new tech.

I think a large part of the seeming regression in several aspects of the current public version of FSD (14.2.X) is because if memory serves they added some aspects of reasoning between 14.1 and 14.2. And to all intents and purposes this reasoning pretty much sucks. I’m sure they’ll get a handle on it, but they are dealing with a lot of teething pains…

@DirtyTesLa It’s been a blast watching the evolution and seeing it get to this point. It will soon be so good and so normal that, while it’s really a marvel, it will be considered boring.

And the de-evolution... 😅😅 The recent update to 14.2.2.4 brought back some undesirable behaviors. My blinking red/4-way has always been a problem, but an accelerator tap would easily fix it. You can see I give a quick tap, and it still doesn't want to go. And then it struggles AGAIN on the very next light. 😢

@DirtyTesLa It's unbelievably better and it's probably proof things will continue to improve but I thought we'd get to the point where iterations were happening at an insane pace. V14.1 and 2 have been at a snail's pace (a lot of versions but hardly any fixes)
