I have always harboured doubts regarding Reform UK and the triple lock for pensioners; indeed, I have badgered Zia constantly, warning that the party could lose millions of votes if they do not promise to maintain it. I care deeply about pensioners who have worked for nearly 50 years and are barely managing to get by. They rely on the triple lock, even though it does not fully offset the 30% rise in food and domestic fuel costs.
