Did you know some top companies secretly pay you less just because you had multiple attempts in your CA exams? I asked CA Finalist students about the ground reality of Industrial Training stipends, and what they revealed completely blew my mind. Here is the unfiltered truth about how corporates financially discriminate against CA students: -> On my podcast, Juhi Manwani shared from her personal experience that DBS Bank pays ₹35,000 per month as stipend if you cleared your CA Inter exams in your first attempt -> But if you have multiple attempts, your stipend drops straight to ₹25,000 for the exact same job role -> Another firm, Desai Haribhakti, also judges your stipend based on your CA Inter marks. If you scored more marks than a certain range in your CA Inter exams, you get ₹10,000 extra This reveals a brutal reality about the industry. Even after clearing one of the toughest exams in India, corporates still judge your financial worth based on past academic marks instead of your actual practical skills.
