I'm not saying you're lying, but nothing you have to say about being an eyewitness, nothing based on what you say you observed, is going to be admissible as evidence or helpful to Dalton at trial UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO COME FORWARD, IDENTIFY YOURSELF, AND TAKE THE WITNESS STAND UNDER OATH. Do you intend to do ANY of that? Asking for Dalton, I guess.

tmz.com/watch/chud-the… The camera is on the west side of the courtyard facing east. The physical altercation took place on the east side of the courtyard. The fountain is clearly seen here. If you can see where his hat is on the ground, that's roughy where the physical altercation started and they rolled/fought to the location you see them being tended to. All of which is by the red and black circles on the right side of the "witness's" image.

Like the defense asked the investigator, what would he do if somebody was being aggressive and threatening violence? Put his hand on his gun. Switching the selfie stick to the opposite hand to prepare to defend yourself does bode well.

Joshua Level Fox. 17 cases in Montgomery County over 12 years. All defendant. In 2024-2025 alone: 2 aggravated assault (domestic) and 4 contempt of court charges. Same victim every time. His wife. Total bond across all 6 cases: $28,500. The court released him on his own recognizance on a $20,000 contempt charge while he had active aggravated assault charges pending. He failed to appear twice. Both times he bonded out the same day the capias was served. No bond revocation. No motion to increase. No additional conditions. All 6 cases went to the grand jury. All 6 came back No True Bill. Zero indictments. Every charge dismissed. His wife filed an Order of Protection against him in March 2025. It was extended four times. On March 17, 2026, it was dismissed because she failed to appear. After that date Fox had zero active cases. Zero pending hearings. Zero court obligations. On May 13, 2026 he was at the Montgomery County Courthouse anyway. No case. No hearing. No reason to be there. He was shot in the plaza at 1:15 PM. Judge H. Reid Poland III handled every single one of Fox's grand jury bindovers. He also handled Dalton Eatherly's harassment case, civil case, and attempted murder arraignment. Both men's cases ran through the same judge. The system processed Fox through 6 violent felony and contempt charges across 18 months with OR releases, zero FTA consequences, and zero indictments. It processed Eatherly through a misdemeanor harassment charge and then set his attempted murder bond at $1.25 million with a gag order, a bond source hearing, a crowdfunding ban, and a bonding company motion denied. The question is not whether the system treated them differently. It did. The question is why a man with no active case and no court obligation was at that courthouse on that day, and why his name was being searched from six countries and the DC federal corridor for months before he was shot.

Switching the selfie stick to pull out a gun doesn't bode well for "fear of my life" and looks a lot more like this comments of wanting to shoot a person on camera.

As I recall, Chud approached from the left side of the screen to Fox on the right for the initial interaction. He walked back to the left while trying to film over his shoulder and walks back to the right of the screen towards Fox and past him before Fox approached. For peoples reference, in the bystander video the has floated around, the spot where Chud's hat is on the ground is where the physical part started, and they rolled/wrestled to the point where the cops pull them apart.

From my recollection and the investigators testimony, their was an initial interaction that Chud retreated from and Joshua pursued him. There are multiple people who attended and have tried to spread factual information. I’m not Daltons side in this, but @Whyiseverygood is right about the testimony on Fox. He’s wrong about the video. Chud didn’t get attacked from behind or hit first. In fact he had time to switch his selfie stick to his left hand and reach for the gun before before there was a physical altercation. He wasn’t “hit from behind.” chud approached Fox twice after which Fox approached him. Fox turned away again before they faced off prior to the physical altercation. No audio yet. No headlock, the defense tried to suggest it but the investigator on the stand said that didn’t appear anywhere in the video. This big accounts should get a source that can attend the hearings if you’re going to speak so confidently on things.

A marijuana dealer and a man who raped and murdered a 9-month-old baby got the same bail in Montgomery County, Tennessee. Both got $100,000. I pulled 5,020 cases from the Montgomery County Circuit Court public records database. Separated them into two categories: nonviolent drug charges (no violence, no weapons, no victims) and murder or homicide charges. 1,078 nonviolent drug cases. 44 murder cases. 834 of those drug defendants got higher bail than a man charged with attempted murder who had 3 prior violent felonies. His bail was $2,500. A drug defendant with a suspended license got $200,000 bail. That is higher than almost every murderer in the courthouse. 431 drug defendants got bail over $10,000. Four murder defendants got $10,000 or less. Bail exists to ensure court appearance and protect the community. So why are drug defendants getting locked down harder than murderers? Who exactly is the court protecting your neighborhood from? Every case number is independently verifiable at montgomery.tncrtinfo.com. Dalton Eatherly. Attempted murder. Zero prior felonies. Bail: $1,000,000. Higher than every murderer in that courthouse. What about him justified ten times the bail of a man who raped and killed a baby?
