@realfbllliason @DamonDawg For the record, I’d prefer Arizona to win it all. I have no ill will toward them and like Tommy Lloyd. The officials allowed this level of physicality, so it makes sense that Arizona would play as physically as they did.

Calling that defender the “hugger” is too perfect. I’ve never seen a more physical team away from the ball. Just constantly holding shooters trying to run through screens.

How did Arizona hold Purdue to their 2nd worst offensive performance of the season? One of the key elements of their gameplan was using a hugger and roamer. Staying attached to #2 Loyer and roaming off #4 Kaufman-Renn. And Arizona's #5 Burries did a great job as the roamer: stunting, shrinking gaps and tagging rollers. Being a good roamer is a vastly underrated skill.
